Publix Super Market at Midway Shopping Center

"I had a complicated unexpected shipt order. Three of the items were on catering ordering only. Which generally takes 24 hours notice. He put me in a predicament. Because my customer was not available either. Despite this the team at this specific Publix went genuinely (I mean that sincerely) above and beyond and made these large platters that took 45 minutes. They actually stopped their current duties and did this first straight 45 minutes. Most likely the best customer service I've encountered in ages. They are the assistant manager of the Deli named Dale, and especially the woman who specializes in catering items named Cindy. Phenomenal customer service can't praise them enough for their help. Publix this is amazing customer service, please take note."

"It's as we expect from Publix, friendly, helpful, and expedient staff. Very clean store. Not a super busy place during the week, but along with the consistency of Publix, the shopping center has a great Pizza joint "Bryan Place" with excellent food. All of it. Bryan ain't no cheapo and neither is his pizza, so be ready with the duckets. Hibachi Man right next door. On order is good for lunch today and tomorrow. Great place."
